Our simple and efficient lessons are self-directed, designed for separate or combined learning, to benefit every Mindset. Lessons utilize interactive activities including self-assessments, task planning, and journaling to determine the personal traits, perceptions, and skills related to each topic.

Through each lesson, learners will develop a greater understanding of Mindset, followed by learning to empower individuals to:
